We would like to thank all delegates of the 5th London-Innsbruck Colloquium on Status Epilepticus and Acute Seizures for taking the time to attend. The success of any meeting depends to a great extent on the audience, and the Colloquia have been very fortunate in this regard with the audience creating a vibrant and interactive atmosphere. The feedback we received was generally excellent, but if there are any changes or suggestions you would like to be considered for the next Colloquium in 2017, please do make contact with us.
We are also pleased to announce that the proceedings of the meetings, with 66 full papers from the talks and posters, are published in the August 2015 issue of the Journal Epilepsy and Behavior. The Journal has been extremely generous with their time and expertise on the issue, and we hope you will be pleased with the outcome. It provides excellent documentation of the presentations at the meeting and a detailed permanent record.
We are also delighted to announce, furthermore, that Epilepsy and Behaviorhas very kindly offered 3 months free of charge open-access to the whole issue (until the end of October 2015). The issue can be accessed via the following link:
We are very grateful to the Editor, Dr Steve Schachter, and to the Editorial team at Elsevier for their partnership with us and their generous contribution to the Dissemination of the scientific work of the Colloquia.
Finally, it is our pleasure to announce that the 6thLondon-Innsbruck Colloquium on Status Epilepticus and Acute Seizures will be held in Salzburg from April 6-8, 2017. Please see www.statusepilepticus.eu for more details. We look forward to welcoming you all there.
